Holidays

Everyone needs a break and enjoys going on holiday to recuperate, so our holidays start at 28 days’ inclusive of bank holidays, but we reward your loyalty with an incremental holiday scheme in place for each year served up to 38 days. There is also the option to buy/sell up to five days each year.

Sustainable Office

We’ve got a fantastically equipped office that is easily commutable through public transport. Our sustainable office is equipped with solar panels and we offer car charging.

Break Out Area

Social Events

We love to celebrate our people and success with regular team socials throughout the year, this could be anything from a day at the races to axe throwing or a quiz night, to name just a few. We also hold quarterly events such as a summer party, family event and a Christmas do!

Learning and Development

We support learning and development throughout the business and provide several learning opportunities and in-house development. We have an E-learning platform with access to thousands of courses. We are keen to support our employees to pursue Paid IT certifications and training. We also hold regular Knowledge Hours where employees can drop in to learn about business specific topics.

We provide everyone with ASL branded apparel to wear in the office or at home, to help you feel part of one team.
