Microsoft Exchange – Cloud Solution Provider Programme is being replaced with Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience. NCE aims to simplify the licencing programmes and consolidate them into 3 new ways to buy.

We can offer two premium exchange offerings and can save you money month on month, year on year, no matter how many users are within your organisation.

How the subscriptions work

NCE allows for a fixed subscription and a monthly subscription to run concurrently. This means that core users can always access the best price and part-time staff can be licensed on a monthly basis.

NCE Monthly Subscriptions

This is similar to the current CSP model.
Licences can be both increased and decreased each month.
Changes must be made 3 days (72 hours) prior to the monthly renewal.

NCE Annual Subscription (12 Month Term)

Licences are for a fixed term of one year
You cannot decrease the number of licences.
Licenses can be increased and the difference for new licenses will be pro-rata in keeping with the existing subscription.
